Born and raised in Cuba, creativity was everywhere—in the rhythms of the streets, in the stories shared at home. Acting and playing music as a kid taught me that storytelling could move people, spark ideas, and bring worlds together. By the time I hit 30, I’d worked with jazz legends, crafted award-winning projects, and felt like I was living the dream—but deep down, I knew there was more to do.

The journey doesn’t stop at one role or one label. Over the years, I’ve stepped into all kinds of spaces—professor, artistic director, entrepreneur, coach, and filmmaker. Each role opened up new ways to explore how art and leadership intersect. Whether it’s guiding rising talents at top music schools or launching projects that connect artists across borders, it’s always been about finding the sweet spot where creativity meets community.

Lately, I’ve been diving into new challenges—branding, marketing, and developing services that help artists and organizations thrive. It’s fun, it’s rewarding, and it’s proof that the creative journey never stops evolving.
